If you have a passion for design, we want to use that. If your passion is on the development side, we want to figure out how to let you tap into that as well. Your main focus will be as an SEO Specialist but the possibilities are endless.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience with SEO & local SEO (Google + Local)
Be able to maintain normal office hours in a quiet working environment with a fast internet connection
Love being part of a virtual team atmosphere
Google Analytics certified (or plan to become within 30 days of hiring)
Experience with social media a plus
Experience with clients from a Franchise based business a plus
Solid understanding of WordPress admin environment (any custom development or design skills are a huge plus)
Expert knowledge of Google Analytics & Google Search Console
Comfortable conducting client calls one-on-one
Experience or ability to organize task work
Maintain and continuously optimize client accounts
Provide internal and external reporting with regards to the status of a project and how client and company goals are being met
Extract insights from multiple sources (e.g. Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEM Rush, Moz, our own custom reports, etc.) in order to identify and provide well developed and impactful recommendations
Strong understanding of Google Sheets for generating custom reports
Must be detail oriented and very thorough with your work
Need to be able to thrive in a fast pace environment
Must be a quick learner
Passion for Internet Marketing is a must!

Working Remotely:

We are located in the Eastern Time Zone but are accepting all candidates within the United States.
This is an hourly position and we are looking for someone able to work 20 – 30 hours per week to start.
You will report directly to the founder and work closely with our other SEO Specialist and PPC Manager.
Pay ranges from $18-$25 / hour based on experience and how you fit our system.
This will start off as a 1099 position, but W2 employment will be offered once we work together and see if you are a good fit long term.
